Non-members must pay a deposit of $50 at time of booking and balance due must be paid 72 hours prior to scheduled reservation. $20 cancellation fee will be charged for anyone cancelling their reservation within 72 hours of reservation. Chamber Members can be invoiced.

Use of the boardroom is subject to availability and may be limited during Chamber projects, meetings, or other organizational priorities in progress. Reservations will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis, with Chamber functions taking precedence.

Chamber-owned equipment is included with your rental at no additional cost. If special equipment is required beyond what the Chamber provides, renters are responsible for securing it through their own resources. The Chamber must be notified in advance of any outside equipment being brought in to ensure proper coordination and approval.

Yes. Use of the boardroom is limited to meetings, interviews and training. The sale of goods and services is prohibited in the boardroom

Guidelines are posted and a copy can be provided. Failure to comply with these boardroom guidelines may result in immediate suspension of privileges and denial of future use.

The boardroom must be left in the same condition in which it was found. All furniture should be returned to its original arrangement, surfaces cleared, trash properly disposed of, and any materials or personal items removed. Users are responsible for ensuring the space is clean and ready for the next group.
